Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Exchanges are only allowed if we made a mistake and shipped the wrong product. If the desired product is no longer available, we will issue a store credit.
If there is an issue with your order, please email earthkosmetics@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your products, and we will process the exchange as per our policy. All products must be unused, unopened, and remain in their original packaging. Shipping costs to get the goods to our warehouse will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the mistake is from our end.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
