Shipping Policy

We ship our products 3 times every week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday). 

US ORDERS:

All orders are shipped via UPS but final delivery is made by USPS.  All orders come with two sets of tracking numbers, UPS tracking to your local USPS post office, and a USPS tracking for final delivery to your mailbox.  All packages are shipped with care in padded envelopes or boxes.  We offer free shipping on orders over $95 within the continental United States only.  All orders that don't qualify for free shipping are charged a flat shipping rate according to the shipping service selected (standard shipping or expedited shipping).  Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping because the products are heavily discounted already.

All claims involving lost, damaged or stolen packages must be resolved with USPS directly.  Shipping updates are issued as soon as we start processing the order, and may a few days to update in the UPS / USPS online tracking tool.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEX or DHL depending on several factors.  All packages come with a tracking number to enable our clients track their packages online.  The buyer is responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in your country.  If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.

The responsibility is yours to check with your country's customs office to verify that your products can clear customs.
